sodium sulphate [nat sulph]

night :-

ferrum  phosphate[ ferrum ='iron' phos]
potassium phosphate[kali phos

potassium sulfate[kali sulph]
magnesium  phosphate[mag phos
silica dioxide[just added / bunged it here equals it out  i.e. 6 tissue salt in both day and night]

that how i have organised it, needs a bit more adjusting though.

Tissue Salts And crystal knowledge

this is important to understand how tissue salts work in the subtle bodies, best to go through
Crystal power , crystal healing : the complete handbook by Micheal Gienger

And note the individual properties of the following 'Elements' of periodic table
Iron , potassium, magnesium, silica, sodium, sulfur, calcium, hydrogen

newbies are likely to be deficient in all 12  tissue salts an  all "12 in one" will be found under name
'bio plasma'

links astrolgy:
http://www.interfarfacing.com/12homeopBioSalts.htm

however those who get round to reading  gurudas gem elixir and vibrational healing  vol 2 [mite be best to borrow this one from the library]
in short we all been allocated the wrong star sign[ in terms of month ] you have to move one up
so if your cancer its leo
if your leo its virgo ...etc
didn't take much note of at first like whatever

best way to check for yourself is the month prior to official Pisces month- like said before the body absorbs better in Pisces
[Note: no changes in lunar zodiac days ]

on briteside u can now check  not one but 2 astro signs : for the horroscope of the day ;)

Pin pointing 3 important minerals :- potassium, magnesium, calcium

very important  for nerve function /relaxation.
every'body' is unable is unable to utilise calcium if there is not enough magnesium in the body.
magnesium also plays an important role in the creating body food enzyme to help digest food

look up 'magnesium flakes' and its reviews on how best to use it

Guide Lines on Herbology and its Data

How to choose book/ information itself:

Avoid those that have continuous  studies on 'lab rats'.

Confounds me know no end when a herbs have  been used by humans, the 'noted'  old and newly re-discovered herbs  alike...
... especially when they have been used for untold number of centuries by the human species.

always compare old herbal books to the new ones information on same herb differ

For example in clupeper book the herb that got bad press  was 'wormwood' yet at the same time praised :/
in Micheal terria western herbology book the latest herb getting bad press is comfrey- namely its roots
its leaves are fine to use  nicked  name 'knit bone ' very good source of calcium ...
...one definitely for the golden girls

[ meandering thoughts : most women foot wear unless its a gym foot wear are truly pitiful  when it come to grips on the sole of foot wear has no grips , being slippy aside, hardly built to last seriously sad  when it come to winter wear boots]

Neway keeping in mind the  #herb 'properties'# one should always consider
why?
what has changed in the average human conditions  to come  to a conclusion
and whether that should be kept in mind/ disregard  when using alone or in blend

does the book give  the more sciency info as in what the 'make up' of the herb is,
do you know how understand that ?/ learn to do so?

information online can be good  but contradictory to one another ;
may confuse you silly unless its  herb, food etc coming back into public attention i stick to the information in books -

how to test out  herbs  your trying for the first time or ones you already tried & use them more efficiently

It's  much easier  to understand how to use herbs if you find out /work  out
what body type you are in  the Ayurvedic   system than proceed from there in choosing the suitability of the herb

use the herb in manner indicated all by it self , the time of day may have significance too, not to mention zodiac moon cycles anything taken Pisces days has a much stronger affect this includes full moon days,  so observe your body responses

with combo of 'assistant herbs' in short these are herbs that ensure  the key herb [s] to needed part of the body

over all as general analysis i find assistance herbs  either one or more of the following properties:

  • digestive
  • circulatory
  • an affinity for the lungs

refer to Chinese herbal books  for more info

a quick an easy example

1 cup of Hot water
 1tbspn/2tsp 1 or 2 key herbs
¼ -½ tsp of  garam masala tea powder {i use this as easy version of assistants herbs combo mix]

To increase the medicinal properties steep for 5 hours or over night/pre -prepare in the morning for evening use

For those who grow their own herbs /buy them fresh it mite be good idea  to take few sprigs/leaves etc  of the herb of choice;  blend it in a blender with cup of water  strain and than drink

you can/ is it may {?} as alternative option blend with pre-prepared cooled down herbal tea water instead

for those of you have tried Indian masala tea-[that's with milk]  that may or may not have a dash mint in it   and bored with taste why not try using a different herb [s]?

just avoid herbs that curdle the  milk from experience usually  floral herbs with exception  being chamomile there could be more

aromatic herbs are a good choice to start of with

to make flavoured milk tea:

you will need saucepan
water- dependent on number of cups you want to make
add the herbs
add one black tea bag /teaspoon black tea

bring to boil = lower heat cover with lid
allow to simmer for atleast  5 -15 min [max 20 min]

than add milk about the same amount you would in diluted drinks
another 1min -5min or so of  simmering
than bring  to quick boil  and  pour in to mug/cup   sweeten sugar, honey etc
enjoy

ps some teas will taste great for  dunking with biscuits  others... what can i say don't waste your biscuits

The Nutritional Deficit

Recommended reading:

Medicinal cookery - how you can benefit from natures pharmacy by Dale Pinncock

Chinese natural cures - traditional methods for remedy and prevention by By Henry C. Lu

You are What you Eat By Gillian McKeith[ mite be typo in surname here]

+ refer back to previous mentioned books and info you know /own

Background

newbie conditions  in short newbies are 'literally working on reserves'
need to rebuild the nutritional or more appropriately the energy deficit

Recall / flashback one time all I was required to do at at home was pick that rolling pin roll out round dough's {chapati/rotli-Indian bread}.Just wasn't able to apply myself - under normal times can do it do in my sleep[so speak] annoying looking back at that.

Under these conditions best always to have good quality nutritional supplements [*concentrated and *micro key features to look for when looking for one to purchase]on stand by, even more so if that means your gonna be eating takeaway or junk food- do enjoy that :)

AND  NO good quality nutritional supplements are not 'food / meal replacement'

How to assess your nutritional  content

It is more useful to know # 'how' the food works in the body and how it benefits rather than the calorie content#

#each food or culinary herb has an affinity for one more organs/ meridians#

#Some Chinese  recipe's use 7 culinary herbs that have affinity for all major organs.# I thought that was, well cool concept; and it tasted good too- considering i cannot make soup to save my life [still don't know haw to make tomato soup]in the above recommended  Chinese book.

An example of improvisation

 the humbled 'boiled egg'

ingredients:
the egg/s
soy beans
and suitable cookware to bring to boil  and than simmer for an hour with lid closed
eat /store the extra away in fridge  [3 days max]

Didn't have 'soy in bean' form so improvised soy flour it was quite warming [yang] which was weird cuz soy is meant to be of yin nature
which isn't quite right if i got my aryuvedic  type right pitta, up till not so long ago kept putting  myself down as kapha - only when i met someone  training to be   aryuvedic practitioner[ in America of all places!come to u.k. for the hols] had too think back at pre-newbie/ medicated state  use to be  baggy [clothes] u.k. size 10  OK [had to reconsider methods employed when i ever go through 'alternative' change of phase ] gives whole new concept to being hot tempered.

neway back to main point so on an intuitional whim, research through  the herbal books,  as well as  what herbs i had at home  exchanged soy bean to   'honeysuckle' herb .the effects were much more to my liking yep cooling :)

As beginners keep things simple

This may be a tall order, but newbies will need to slowly integrate there nutritional needs into the their cuisine:
prerequisite :

Try to  make one of the dish of the day orientated towards to one organ and its complimentary organ

Refer to zodiac body part signs as well as  theory of 5 elements

The easiest start here would be with the  dishes you already make  yep time to 'analyse' them
apart  from tasting good how the individual ingredients benefit you?

does anything to be added, detracted /changed?

plenty of recipe books on just about any cuisine on this planet so analyse and play and be creative!

there mite be even one type of dish / cooking method that  you excel at; that you can improvise in countless ways?

with me its these chili pancakes- I consider it  a hit, if mum likes it

no need to be master chef  quite yet--- well  aware there will or may have been bad times were the ability to engage the brain to to apply cooking skills  may not be there.

how ever you can eat , will eat and do eat well
.... most o f the time ;))

Do you know how to Hack into yourself?

Do you know how to Hack  into yourself?

side note you :you will not be needing a keyboard

what you do need; the basic
the feet
the hands
the ears [if you do have Spock ears that's totally fine]

newhere you like on these three body parts as hard as you like
.....

for those who want move on from johnny 5

engaging the CPU [last time i looked that meant the central processing unit] in short the human brain to next level up

that's the reflex points to these 'key-body' parts that can be found easily online
look'em it up and you'll fine body organs related to specific points of hands feet and ears
with fingers or chosen type of crystals  [usually smooth]

press and hold x number of seconds let go and repeat X number of times
or massage , circular motion usually the easiest.

Mudras

good number android, as well as apple app available, youtube, books too

look it up under mudra/ yoga for/in the hands

some guidelines after doing mudras individually

choose  x No./four carefully chosen mudras  , allocate equal time for each one
a breathing sequence
and time allocated to level of your ability to focus /patience

the following is an excellent demonstration how mudras can be utilised

you will take note of the rhythmic use of breathing
her video( which i got from the library sale  was a real bargain ,
also now available as DVD)
in short: choose up to five well considered mudra hand gestures  to employ  the  rhythmic breathe more  consciously [with less effort to make easier on for yourself] use a breathing app on whatever device[refer musical notes]
there are mudra app; but at last look but none that bring your attention to breath
one you get into  the routine of this regularly !
you may choose to apply colour therapy.

Digestion … assimilate / be constipated

Wasn't going to talk about  /specifically make a point about writing about  No. 2 how ever as follow…
Was avoiding watching the News as usual [how ever family members are addicted to watching News  like several times a day.]

the News:"A newbie  kick the bucket [passed away- may whoever it was be at peace] simply because the No. 2 just wasn't shifting… "was amazed this even made it to the news.

A typical stereotype for newbie’s are is some time perceived to have is  bad eating habits, but its not as simple as that.

All newbie conditions are stress related  for instance;

Anxiety on holistic level - blocks energy and  injures the lungs; impairs the circulation by inhibiting breath. Which lowers resistance by weakening body shield of protective energy
The large intestine tend to be affected first which leads to constipation, ulcerative  colitis etc
The stomach, spleen pancreas  also gets  affected which deprives the entire body systems of nutrios/nervous energy.

The easiest of option is to take laxative [preferably herbal tea form ..water] but this doesn't deal with underlying cause let alone solve the issue long term.

The below mentioned books [as well as other similar related books that you may already own]

Recommended reading:

Tissue cleansing through bowel management-

Colon health the key to vibrant life-

The traditional healer’s hand book- the classic guide to the medicine of Avicenna
By Hakim G.M. Chisti, N.D.

Cellular awakening-how your body holds lights
By Barbara Wren

Tao of detox
 By Daniel Reid

Gives a thorough foundational basis of ‘how the digestive system works’ yep human biology that one can take practical note of..
And importantly take the first tender steps towards keeping  an under stress colon efficiently working

The golden rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be observed {below modified }:-

Food laxative first choice that can be incorporated into daily menus- i.e. smoothies [not juice - yep you need the natural fibre}

Digestive herbs second choice  some these herbs  are naturally used added into cooking
Herbal digestive properties you are looking for when refering to herbal books :
Stomachic- acts as gastric stimulant
Purgative- activates peristalsis
Cholagogue-promotes discharge of bile
Aperient-acts as gentle purgative
Carminative [/Aromatic] -expel gases from stomach and intestine

Or alternatively the chosen herb say ‘mint ’ allow the brew to cool down and blend that into friut/veg smoothies
Or if you have the fresh herb in this case ‘mint’    just bung in a  few leaves in blender with chosen friut/veg for  smoothies
or herbs in powder form

Good choice for herbs in terms of  flavours to use in this  manner would be :
cant taste it,/ don’t mind it / love it.  :)

Third choice Previously mentioned herbs  for the nerves  should be looked at ,for the digestive system  too.
Many nervines  herbs include  digestive properties which will naturally relax loosen  tightness.

Fourth choice combined  herbal tea
choice 2 [digestive herb] and choice 3 [nervine herbs]

Fifth choice over the counter
Herbal digestive aid
Herbal laxative
Or go see your G.P.

That by the way was the  none invasive measure :))
At some point as part of future detox newbie’s will need to look into:

  1. Enema kits
  2. Colonics

Self care :
Should include stomach massages  from personal experience use coconut oil first allow it to absorb  which will than allow heavier massage oils I.e castor  or avocado oil to be absorbed well

following tapping points might be useful

Chillax Herbal Tea

was gona title this post

"Move Over Coffee"

After reading some of the reviews on line - on night time /sleep herbal tea
to help one  nod off .
some of us  seem to be a bit confused

i'm like mmm i find it also true
as to is it working?
guess am expecting to drop everything and fall asleep on the spot

have a whole bunch relaxing herbs not really been using them
[yep am quite happy with crystals under my pillow]
clearly am not utilizing herbal tool  well

so took a closer look at relaxing combo blends as well as individually

Herbs : what properties to look for?

The first easier answer  :
What ever decreases anxiety, stress and promotes sleep. Sedatives and Nervines

Tranquilizers are strong sedatives are  minerals which can effectively weigh down and calm the mind

The second category mild sedative herbs- usually posses tonification properties- calm and nourish the heart that regulate the heart.[think emotional stress or worries- heart merdian]

Calmative: tonic and nutritive- increase nerve tissue and cerebral spinal fluid=

For those who have looked into herbal books to the light to heavy duty ones, you need /good idea to to be able to understand the jargon terms.

If you can find it n  herbal tea / powder form the better- herbal online sites is your best bet- or grow your own

Some key herbs
“ginseng, nutmeg, ashwaghanda, chamomile, basil, coriander, lemon verbena, violet leaf, lemongrass, valerian, skullcap, passionflower”, lady slipper, wood betony, California poppy, black cohosh, hops, fennel, hawthorn, liquorice, juniper, linden blossom, elderflower, St johnwort etc.

yep i looked at list and thought are some of these available locally?

at best some combo blends have 3 herbs that have anything to with helping you unwind,

the western herbal usually say 1 teabag, usually cammomile [still do'nt find it tasty-on its own ]

an aryuvedic book  two -three teaspoon OR 2 tea bag brew
thought that's  interesting tried. it .. it does work

however like bit of variety and better to taste buds as well

so took out all relaxing herbs i had stored away... had quite a few decided to add ginkgo bilbo and comfrey  too.

and made a brew of just 'one' teaspoon to my brew
to my absolute surprise tasted good and chillaxing

summary:

create you own blend - up to about 9 herbs  use 1 teaspoon of this mixture

Try not to take herbs that have diuretic effect as part of night blend tea-
best to drink within the hour of making it to benefit from the aromatc flavours

anyway laters fuzz

p.s. note on herb the nutmeg personally prefer to use alone or leave well alone

read and cross reference information

This is something i summed up via text back in 2008 [yep should have saved it]
 the basics:
the usual what they allow to check out  when previewing a book on line
what i usually look mostly at  'with the actual book'.

  • check out other people reviews  online can be invaluable
  • content, [ to get quick idea as well as repetition of data]
  • bibliography an excellent source  for further information
  • skim read 1-3 chapters  depending on the type book maybe repeating foundations so  you maybe well versed in already
  • or 1-3 paragraphs of each chapter the beginning or at the end to get a better gist of it
  • the publishing  company, you may find you have affinity for a few of'em check out their online catalog
  • go with your gut feeling/ divination tools :)

in regard to books with similar information, that you  already own that is for personal use i.e. herbal /nutritional books

for example cross check information of a particular herb/food
it properties + holistic properties or vibrational effects
how it works in the body
its uses across the medicinal range i.e. western , tibbs, ayurverdic, eastern

updated bit:

case studies versus sciency know how

sciency=on the HOW  & WHY it works in the human auric bodies, knowing all you can in theory, so as not be  caught off guard so to speak

case studies = the positive or indeed total no, no, no, can be inspiring and follow in their footstep till you find your own feet/beat[maybe adapting in own way/ style ]

to greater degree done with case studies, as for sciency side on subtle bodies is clearly  a must being informed

you may wonder why one would to need to know in such great details
a) appreciation of nature
b)knowingly  eating what your consuming..power of the mind , to know when the mind rule and when body instincts should kick in.
