Lets Kick Ass

Truly to be stiff and and hard is the way of death, to be soft and supple is the way of life

tao teh ching

parasympathetic [psp] is soft  exercises > first principal of exercise is do no harm,

that means to eliminate exercises

  1. that strain the body,
  2. that injures tissues
  3. that leaves one exhausted

parasympathetic [soft  exercises]

  • to help body repair itself
  • to assist body the blood an lymphys detoxfy tissues and to excrete waste
  • and to energies

in contrast western style hard exercises

  1. forces the breath to be shallow; which in results in increasing acidic and oxygen deficiency
  2. and for the duration of the exercise rapid accumulation of lactic acid
  3. not mention strain onto the heart it self

On the other hand soft exercises shift the autonomous into psp- mode calm cleansing and healing and keeps it there

soft exercise

stretches muscles  and
loosening effect on muscles squeeze stagnant blood  and allows for fresh blood to come in with minimal exertion of the heart.

Almost any type slow activity can be considered soft  as long as it is done softly, smoothly, and slowly
{above info from the Tao of Detox page 72-75}
> in short soft exercise allow body movements  to be in harmony with your body dynamics.

Its a 3 in 1, cuz apart from superior benefits[increased oxygenated  blood flow] in comparison to  normal/hard  exercises ; "not to mention the balancing enhancing affect on the aura and on the chakras"

When Tia chi and yoga practitioners talk about flow of prana/ chi
[chi meaning breath and air, chi also constitutes the dynamic polar field in which all energy moves, one of its primary function is enhances the guardian shield "wei chi" which forms protective shell energy that resist invasion by aberrant external energies from the environment, radiation , and negative energy from other people

Motivation can be be bit of a hassle good up upbeat music, for fast/hard  exercises or dances, more new age / or classical for parasympathetic exercises is usually a good start.

However  one can feel an absolute strain in just moving all four limbs, one may or an outsider looking in may put it down to apathy/ laziness ... lets correct that "nope"

am back to the earthing effect you may just have become a heavy bag chi of the wrong/ used up electrons that can literally be heavy... may sound way out there

but if look the theory Tia chi / Yoga / Qi-gong its first preliminary exercises is the basic standing form is the first to be thought  for example; the standing tree pose - in yoga; in Tia chi/ Qi-gong  standing free form up right with the belly gently pulled and the knees at ease

what is the ultimate aim to be correctly grounded !

think of the earthing as the quick start to any of these exercises including dancing

example moi :prior to using the earthing sheet i had difficulty just doing 3 proper sit up , i use to be someone  who could do 200 in five minutes
( i marvel at that now, like how did i do it... did not  miss count :p]

couple of days ago  was able to do 20 sits with no  strain  not as many as previous years ago  but steps back in the right direction

good core books on theory

Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar and Yehudi Menuhin (Foreword) (1 Dec 1996)

A Complete Guide to Chi-gung [Paperback]

Daniel P. Reid

its much better to do parasympathetic type of exercises in groups / classes  till your well settled into it,

if not; loads on YouTube to follow

last words window wide open/ use an air purifier while exercising   why? oxygen quality; breathe slowly and  deeply it is quality in the poses rather than  quantity

an alternative option  essential oil candle burner
what kind of essential oils  breathe easy refreshing  ones  i.e. pine, sage pettitgrian, cypress, etc
